 Saturday night found Jake Knowles in action at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tenn.) for the event co-sanctioned by the Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Late Model Series and the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals. Drawing 29 cars for the Toyota Knoxville 50, Knowles followed up the ninth fastest time in his group with a sixth place finish in his heat. Failing to place fourth or better in his B-Main, Jake was granted a provisional into the main event. With $10,000 on the line, Jake Knowles improved ten spots in the 50-lapper to place 11th. | May 25, 2020 - Knowles Lands Top 10 Finish in Scott Sexton Memorial at 411 |
 Jake Knowles was one of 35 Southern All Star Series entries on hand at Thunderhill Raceway Park (Summertown, Tenn.) on Saturday night for the $5,000 top prize. Coming in second in his heat race behind Eric Hickerson, Jake locked into the 17th-starting position for the A-Main.  On Sunday at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) for the Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Series sanctioned Scott Sexton Memorial, Knowles edged his way into the main event with the fourth and final transfer spot in his heat race. With $10,052 on the line, Jake improved five spots in the 52-lap affair to register a ninth place finish.

On Saturday evening Jake Knowles visited 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) competing in a field of 35 cars for the Spring Sizzler. Following the 12th fastest time in his qualifying group, Jake came one spot short of transferring into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with a fifth place finish in his heat.

 Thursday night found Jake Knowles in action at Senoia (GA) Raceway piloting his Knowles Race Parts & Bodies No. 66 Late Model entry for the DirtonDirt.com Showdown. With the Top 3 qualifiers from each group getting locked into the Dash, Knowles followed up the 13th fastest time in his group with a third place finish in his heat.  With multiple precautionary measures in place to host the event during the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, Jake Knowles headed to Boyd’s (GA) Speedway on Saturday afternoon for the Dirt Showdown. After experiencing motor issues in practice on Friday, the problems resurfaced on Saturday during tech, leaving Jake no other option to sit out the $5,000-to-win program.
