April 29, 2017 - Jake Knowles Places 3rd In Chevy 525 Event at CMS |
Back with the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series, Jake Knowles was one 22 cars signed in at Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Georgia) on Saturday night for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. Laying down the seventh fastest time overall in qualifying, Knowles rolled off on the fourth row for the A-Main. Breaking into the Top 5 early in the feature, Jake was challenging for a podium spot throughout the 50-lapper but settled with a 4th place spot due to late-race restarts. After the race was completed it was determined Knowles would be awarded the 3rd place finish after another competitor was found with modified tires. He trailed Travis Pennington and Cory Hedgecock across the finish line with Devin Dixon and Austin Smith rounding out the Top 5.

April 22, 2017 - Knowles Misses Ultimate Spring Classic Feature by One Spot |
Making his first start of the season with the Ultimate Super Late Model Series, Jake Knowles made the trek to Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Georgia) on Friday night for the Spring Classic. Sending the Top 6 qualifiers from each group into the feature, Knowles timed in sixteenth fastest in his group transferring him into the B-Main. Starting in 11th, Jake passed four cars but came one spot short of a transfer position into the $4,000-to-win A-Main with a 7th place outing.

April 15, 2017 - Top 5 Finish for Jake Knowles in Chevy Performance A-Main at Boyd's |
Behind the wheel of the Knowles Race Parts & Bodies #66 Super Late Model, Jake Knowles traveled to Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) on Saturday night for the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series sanctioned program. Drawing 25 cars, Knowles timed in fifth fastest overall in qualifying locking him into the 5th-starting spot for the feature. With $3,000 on the line, Jake jumped up one spot in the 50-lapper scoring a 4th place finish behind Riley Hickman, Jeff Smith, and Austin Smith with Ryan King coming in 5th. April 8, 2017 - Jake Knowles Scores Podium at Dixie Speedway |
Jake Knowles continued his 2017 season on Saturday night with a trip to Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) for the Spring Championship, which posted a $3,000 top prize.
Jake began his night by qualifying 6th-fastest to lock into the 6th-starting spot for the finale at the clay oval in his Knowles Race Parts & Bodies #66 Brucebilt Performance Rocket Chassis. He would go on to advance three spots in the finale to record 3rd-place finish at the checkered flag behind Shane Clanton and Derek Ellis..

April 1, 2017 - Runner-Up Finish at TST for Knowles |
Jake Knowles looked to be on his way to his first win of the season on Saturday night before lapped traffic intervened at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama).
With 22 cars on hand for the Weekly Racing Series Event at the facility known as "The Hornet's Nest," Knowles qualified on the pole for the feature event via qualifying. He would jump to the lead at the drop of the green flag.
Knowles paced the field at the 1/3-mile oval for the majority of the event before lapped traffic forced him to check up with just three laps remaining, which allowed Tim Busha to slip past for the lead. Knowles would go on to notch a runner-up finish
